TSM NEWVIEWS

TSM NewViews can create scripts (formerly known as procedures in NV-DOS) to automate your business processes.

Scripts are written in TCL (Tool Command Language) and are similiar to macros in Microsoft Excel.

We have scripts available that will:

•  create/import the 3 required accounts for NV2 inventory - Sales, Inventory, and Cost of Goods Sold and then link them together. Click here for more information on this script.

   

• import transactions from an Excel spreadsheet into NV2. This is very useful if you have a POS (Point of Sale) system that you presently "re-key" data from into NV2.

• create/import accounts from a list on an Excel spreadsheet in NV2. This is useful when setting up a set of books in NV2 that are currently being run in another accounting software program i.e.: QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, AccPac, MYOB, etc.

• import timecard information from an Excel spreadsheet into NV2 payroll.
